EUROSTAN Return Policy

We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligible Returns:

• Only unused products in original condition and packaging
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or installed products
• Damaged due to improper use/installation
• Items returned without original packaging

Return Process:

1. Email returns@eurostanbath.com with order ID, reason, and photos.
2. Our team will confirm if the item is eligible.
3. Approved returns must be shipped back to our warehouse.
4. Once received and inspected, refund or exchange will be processed.

Return Shipping:

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
