Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is dispatched, whichever comes first.
  • Once the order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Custom-made or made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

Eligible Refund Scenarios:
  • RYou received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is missing from the package upon delivery.

Refund Process:

  • To initiate a refund, contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Provide necessary proof (photos/videos) of damage or discrepancy.
  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days to your original mode of payment.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Custom or special-order products.
  • Any product returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
