- Once the order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- Custom-made or made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

- You received the wrong item.
- The product is missing from the package upon delivery.
Refund Process:
- To initiate a refund, contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide necessary proof (photos/videos) of damage or discrepancy.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days to your original mode of payment.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Products that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer.
- Custom or special-order products.
- Any product returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
